No support for mass hard drive configuration (niche need for a normal person)

Top chassis can't be removed (a big loss imo, it's an iconic change from the Meshify 1 that's super convenient in the Meshify 2 or 2 Compact if you have an AIO)

Dust filter embedded in the front panel (as opposed to being 2 separate pieces)

No built-in fan controller (= plug directly on the motherboard, or get your own fan controller if you have lots of fans)

No vertical GPU mounting support (I'd say it's niche as well)

No type-C USB on the front panel

No bottom rear cover (long piece of plastic to hide the messy cables next to the PSU)
