The cooling system is the same, you will not unlock any additional calculation units because these cards do not differ in this respect. I do not know how the power limit in individual versions, but from what I associate cards differ only in that the super jetstream has a double bios, and the gamerock has a slightly stronger power section (8 + 2 swap 8) and so there are physical differences that you won't get any bios throw from gamerck for jetsream.
